🍒By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.🍒Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.🍒If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.🍒I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or anything alike. GENERAL TOS

🍒Do not claim any of my works as your own (this includes uploading it to galleries without the proper credit)🍒You cannot trace or heavily modify the artwork without my permission🍒Any harassment or rude messages will not be tolerated and could result in you losing your slot🍒I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason🍒I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason🍒I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason

PAYMENT

🍒An invoice will be sent to you on PayPal when it is time to complete the payment🍒Payment is either 100% in full upfront or with a 50/50 payment plan (50% before starting and 50% after the sketch is approved)

PROCESS

🍒Due to current circumstances, commissions aren't my only priority. Because of this, commissioners will be placed on a waitlist (first come, first serve basis).🍒Once it is your turn on the waitlist (if you are still interested in a commission), an invoice will be sent through PayPal for you to pay upfront.🍒I will be completing commissions when I have time between streaming and IRL responsibilities. Because of this, the turn around time at this time is a bit slow (2-3 months depending on the commission). That being said, no payments will be made until it's time for me to begin working on your commission🍒If you ever have questions or doubts please let me know! I'm always open to communication ❤️🍒You get a maximum of 3 free revisions per commission. Additional revisions will be an extra charge🍒I will contact you periodically with updates and questions (including sketches). Please respond promptly so I can continue working on your commission.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

🍒Every artwork commissioned from me includes limited commercial rights free of charge.This includes:

-Streaming/Content Use
-Printing art for themselves (NOT distribution/merch)
-Personal use such as for icons and wallpapers

🍒I retain all copyright to my art.🍒Any artworks can be posted publicly (unless discussed in advance).🍒The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece, but credit must be given.🍒If the commissioner wishes to obtain full commercial rights to sell and create merchandise using the artwork, please contact me first to come to an agreement

CANCELLING/REFUND POLICY

🍒I have the right to cancel or refund the money for your commission at any time.🍒If I have not started your commission yet, you may cancel at anytime.🍒All commissions are non-refundable past the sketching phase
